Via our quote request form, we collect only: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and the description of your project.

3. Purpose of processing

These data are used exclusively for processing your quote request and communication relating to your mascot project. No use for unsolicited commercial prospecting.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected via the checkbox in the form.

5. Retention period

Your data are retained for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (CNIL in France).

7. Data sharing

Your data are never sold. They are shared only with strictly necessary technical sub-processors:

• Resend — delivery of quote notification emails.
• Cloudflare — website and database hosting.
